She was predeceased by: her mother Kitty Carr (Sullivan); and her siblings, Constance Labelle and Michael Sullivan. She is survived by: her father Joe Carr; her foster parents, Michael Conley and Suzanne Conley (Restivo-Smith); her husband Jerry Nicholson of Marion; her daughters, Jamie Carroll of Carbondale and Stephanie Scott (Justin) of Thompsonville; her grandchildren, Addalynn, Jensen and Eleanor Scott; and her siblings, Kimberly Glaab (Tommy), Kevin Grigsby (Susan), Anthony Smith (Vilma), Bethany Smith, Drake Smith (Brittany) and Scott Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
