He is survived by: his son Joseph H. Stafford (Jean) of Carbondale; his grandchildren, Margaret Ann Stafford of Carbondale, Lucinda Stafford of Carbondale and Lee Stafford of Carbondale; his brother Richard Louis; his nephew Larry Stafford; and his nieces, Penny Stafford and Adrian Rice.
