With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Albert Crees of Marion, Illinois, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 3, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Crees and Virginia Crees; his siblings-in-law, Herold and Gladys Miesner; and his son Donald Austin Crees.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Miesner of Marion, IL; his children, Melinda Deaton (Douglas) of Marion, Jared Beckman (Marissa) of Flower Mound, TX and Courtney Crees of Mt. Juliet, TN; his grandson Douglas Deaton of Marion; his siblings, John Crees (Rustie) of Quaker Hill, CT and Sandy Felton (Larry) of Westminster, SC; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Merz (Charles) of DeSoto, IL, Joyce Reitz (Dan) of Steeleville, IL and Peggy Henson (Rick) of Percy, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
