He is survived by: his wife Kendra S. DeLap of Marion; his son Kenneth Russell DeLap of Marion; his granddaughter Faith Leann DeLap of Marion; and also Earla K. Mitchell of Godfrey, IL. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
