He is survived by: his mother Lulu Feltz (Davis); his significant other Ann Davis of Creal Springs; his brothers, Raymond (Tina Feltz) of Crest Hill, Carl (Tanya Feltz) of Crab Orchard and Daniel Feltz of Creal Springs; his sons, David Scott Feltz of Lockport and Tyler Feltz of Joliet; his granddaughter Taylar Feltz of Manhattan; and also, T. J., Toby and Bandit. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
