It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell Eugene Knight (Marion, Illinois), born in Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Duane and Eva Lee Knight (Sinks); his siblings, Carolyn Bush and Jerry Knight; and his niece Robin Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Davis; his siblings, Lola Wolaver (Robert) of Whiteash, IL, Diane Simmons (Michael) of Creal Springs, IL, Latisa Woodis of Herrin, IL, Duane Knight of Marion, IL and Larry Knight (Crystal) of Herrin, IL; his aunt Barbara Denham (Herbie) of Mt. Vernon, IL; and his close friend George. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other extended family and many friends.
