She was predeceased by: her son Adam Christopher West; her parents-in-law, Harry West and Margaret West; and her grandparents, Bill and Ann Chapman.

She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Cosimi (Chapman); her husband Joe West of Johnston City; her son Matthew West of Johnston City; her stepfather David Cosimi of Herrin; her siblings, Michael Cosimi (Tiffany) of Johnston City and Catherine Nevicosi (Anthony) of Herrin; her half-brother Dustin Pendall (Melinda) of Collinsville; her siblings-in-law, Darlene West of Johnston City, Mike West of Johnston City, Danny West (Sheryl) of Goreville, Andy West (Elizabeth) of Thompsonville and Tim West (Debbie Jackanicz) of Johnston City; and her niece Megan Darden of Goreville. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
