He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd L. Durham and Vada Durham (Prichett); his wife Ruby Mae Maze; his son-in-law Bob Lewis; and his siblings, Gussella Vaughn, Mildred Biezad, James Durham and Eugene Durham.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Durham (Ivona) of Sycamore, IL, Rick Durham of Elburn, IL and Vickie Lewis of Carbondale, IL; his grandchildren, Shauna Lynn Kane (Phil) of Sugar Grove, IL, Charles J. Durham of Sycamore, IL and Crystal Mae Durham of Elburn, IL; his great grandchild Maddison Lynn Kane of Sugar Grove, IL; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Sigafus of Freeport, IL, Bill Maze of Marion and Harold Maze (Vennetta) of Goreville, IL; and his nephew Dan Vaughn (Christine) of Carterville, IL. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
