It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carter McDaniel (Marion, Illinois), who passed away on August 23, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. McDaniel and Allie McDaniel; and his siblings, Lois Fiala, James and Tommy McDaniel.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Judy Hamby of Marion, KY., Ashlee Richardson of Mayfield, KY., Mike McDaniel of Benton, KY. and Owen Threlkeld of Tolu, KY.; and his great-niece Kelsey "Carter" Sunderland of Marion, KY..
