It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Caroline Catherine Vesciglio-Van Acker of Marion, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 8, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Catherine and John Van Acker. She is survived by: her brother Joseph Henry; her fathers, Barry Acker and Ted Vesciglio-Van Acker; her brothers, Jack and Michael; her grandparents, Caroline and Robert Vesciglio; and her gestational surrogate Kristle Menozi. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, as well as many cousins.

Memorials may be made in Caroline's honor to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School Building Fund (Herrin, Illinois).
