He was predeceased by: his parent Mary Juanita Adamson; and his brothers, Steve Adamson and Jerry Choate. He is survived by: his daughter Chelsie J. Adamson of Marion, IL; his stepchildren, Brodie Blades (Kylee) of Marion, IL and Brandi Blades (Alan Davidson) of Marion, IL; his grandchildren, Remington Adamson, Carter Diefenbach, Kenslee Blades, Zeb Blades and Phoenix Blades-Davidson; his sisters, Trish Taylor (Jon) of Pittsburg, IL and Judith McCormick; and his former wife Debra Arrowood.
