He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Hall and Viola Moline Hall (Roark); his wife Dora Ann Tolbert; and his son Joey Wayne Hall. He is survived by: his children, Bill Odum of Stonefort, Michael Eugene Hall of Washington State, Jessica Hall of Marion and J. W. Lott of Goreville Many; and his sisters, Barb Lemasters and Terry Stewart. He is also survived by Many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS RELATED TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS AND BY THE SIGNING OF EXECUTIVE ORDER BY GOVERNOR J. B. PRITZKER, a memorial service and visitation will be held at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion at a later date.
