Barbara Jean Reneau Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Reneau of Marion, Illinois, who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Joyce Allred of Arlington Heights, IL; her parents, Willis Verdette Johnson and Blanche Francis Johnson Kent; her husband Norman Wayne Reneau; her brother-in-law Robert Allred; her sister Betty; her brother-in-law William Van Dusen; and her son Matthew Wayne Reneau.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Ann Reneau (Todd J. Blanc) of New Haven and Jane Elizabeth Reneau (Jeremy Fricker) of Marion, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Caleb Wayne Hurst (Samantha), Leah Elizabeth, Carson Keene Hurst and Ava Evangeline Reneau Blanc; and her brother George "Augie" Kent of Galesburg, IL.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her children's friends.
Barbara admired the mission of St. Jude Children's Hospital, the family has requested for those who prefer, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
