It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Sutton of Marion, Illinois, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on August 16, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Wilson and Emma Cecil Jarrell (Caulley); and her brother Wilson Jarrell. She is survived by: her husband Paul Sutton of Marion; her children, Jamie Pickens (Jeff) of Marion, Jeffrey Sutton of Sherman, TX and James Sutton (Diedra) of Irving, TX; her grandchild Staci Clouse (Matt) of Judsonia, AR;; her great grandchildren, Maci and Casen; her grandchildren, Jared Combs of Euless, TX and Sarah Gunter (Andrew) of Festus, MO; her great grandchild Alaina; her grandchild Rachel Simmons of Marion; her great grandchildren, Mia and Madden; her grandchild Chelsea Story (Tyler) of McKinney, TX; her great grandchild Cal; her grandchildren, Garrett Sutton of Irving, TX, Jeffrey Sutton of Sherman, TX and Macanda Pickens of Danville, IL; and her siblings, Sam Jarrell (Jan) of Cape Girardeau, MO, Edra Sutton of Burns Flat, OK, Emma Bedwell (Wade) of Tulsa, OK and Amanda Shaw (Pete) of Tulsa, OK.
DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS RELATED TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS AND BY THE SIGNING OF EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE ILLINOIS GOVERNOR, those attending the visitation or service were REQUIRED to wear a mask and social distance themselves from others.
