He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanetta Peebels; his daughters, Sue, Sherry and Cindy; and his son-in-law Jeff Boaz.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Mandrell (Bruce) of Longmont, CO, Vickie Boaz of Herrin, Bill Lowe (Brenda) of Marion, David Lowe of Marion and Julie Barnes; and his son-in-law Curt Emery of Dongola. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister.
