She was predeceased by: her parents, Lannis Miller and Leatha Miller; her daughter-in-law Melanie Rae Sturgeon; and her sisters, Barbara Astin, Cheryl Cantrell and Linda Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Sturgeon and David Sturgeon; her grandchildren, Jon Sturgeon (April), Natasha Page (James), Jesse Sturgeon and Amanda Robinson (Joey); her great grandchildren, Lauren, Owen Sturgeon, Lillyana and Alice Page; and her siblings, Bud Miller, Steve Miller, Marilyn Roberts and Donna Harrison.
