We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2023, at the age of 95, Albert Henry Applegate Jr. of Marion, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Henry and Catherine Applegate, Sr. (Nebel); his wife Annamay "Ann" Brandt; and his sister Doris Northcott (Raymond). He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Smith (Richard) of Marion, IL; his grandchildren, Alicia Fundis of Fairview Heights, IL, Jennifer Fundis (Adam Burnam) of Fairview Heights, IL and Alexander Fundis of Fairview Heights, IL; and his great grandchild A. J. Burnam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other extended family and many friends.
