He was predeceased by: his parents, Rese Barr and Zelma Barr (Cluck). He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Talley; and his children, Jeffery Barr (Brenda) of Jacksonville, FL, David Barr of Marine, Christy McCabe (Robert) of Williamson, IL and Scott Dwayne Barr of Staunton. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and an extended family including several brothers and sisters.
