She was predeceased by: her parents, John Forys and Helen Forys (Nee Lapinski); her husband Louis Frank Parizon; her brothers, Ed Forys, Gene Forys and David Forys; and her siblings-in-law, Regina Forys, Lorraine Forys and Joe Liszewski.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Glenn (Fred) of Pocahontas, IL, Louie Parizon (Sue) of Marine, IL, Jim Parizon of Marine, IL and Jackie Ooton (Bruce) of Alhambra, IL; her grandchildren, Sherry Paolini (Scott) and Aaron Parizon; her great grandchildren, Kristen Stevens, Austin Woodson, Autumn Paolini and Orion Paolini; her sister Mary Ann Liszewski; and her sister-in-law Barb Forys.
