He is survived by: his parents, Anna Belle Mulliniks Jr. and Roy Mulliniks; his sister Kim Hustedde (Todd); his nephew Blake Hustedde (Marissa Wheeler); his niece Brooke Hustedde (Hunter Hillesheim); and his pet Cabo.

Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
