She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Eli and Hazel L. Smith (Lutz); her husband Franklin Homer Hart; and her siblings, Carl "Bud" Smith, Marlin Smith and Bonnie Ford.

She is survived by: her children, Judy McLouth (Larry) of Bushnell, IL, Janet Chilcott (Mark) of Portage, MI and Jack Hart (Rebecca) of Marietta, IL. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 6 great great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Point Pleasant United Methodist Church.
