He is survived by: his children, Christine Payne (Kevin Kreps) of Bushnell, IL and Larry Payne Jr. (Jena) of Table Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Devin Kozicki (Adam), Tanner, Adam and Lydia Payne; his great grandchildren, Kynlee and Emmalyn Kozicki; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Havens of Bushnell, IL and Rose Marie Tuerk of East Peoria, IL..
