Frank Carl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nickels and Anna Nickels (Engelbart); his wife Bea; and his siblings, Laurinda Ettner (Laurence), Ray Nickels (Adeline), Elna Crews (Al), Eileen Royalty (Woodrow), Bernice Nickels, Bill Nickels and Edwin Nickels.

He is survived by: his children, Beth Nickels-Wisdom (Michael) and Thomas Nickels (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Michael Nickels (Brooke Heaslip) and Kelly Schmuggerow (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
