She was predeceased by: her parents, Achilles Parochelli and Anna Parochelli (Leszar); her husband John Haeflinger; her sister Diana Frenzel (Bill); and her nephew David Frenzel.

She is survived by: her sons, Tony (Dan Schirmer) and Anthony Haeflinger (Jody); her grandsons, A. J. and Nico Haeflinger (Elizabeth Luke); her siblings, Thomas Parochelli (Kathy), James Parochelli (Fiona), Josephine Cervanka (late Don) and Louis Parochelli (Nancy); and her pet Wyatt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
