She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Deacon and Margaret Deacon; her children, Susan Grens (David), Donna Peterson, Carol Barlow, Frederick Tuggle (Charol) and Patrick Tuggle (Naomi); her grandchildren, Genine, Tamara, Elise, Anna, Eva and Sara; her great grandchildren, Skylar, Haley, Owen, Eliana, Keegan, Iverlynn, Madalena and Francesca; her sister Patricia Hopkins; her son Marvin Tuggle; and her former husband Marvin Tuggle.
