He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel R. Young and Burgetta M. Young (Peterson). He is survived by: his wife Dixie Goodrich; his sons, Richard Young of Corbin, Steven Young of Griffith and David Young; and his close friends, Todd and Natalie Mason of Maquon, Illinois.. He is also survived by two grandsons, three granddaughters, and one great granddaughter.
