Donald C. Schoenbein Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2023, at the age of 87, Donald C. Schoenbein of Maquon, Illinois, born in Elmwood, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F. and Mary E. Schoenbein (Simpson); his son Gregory Schoenbein; his brother William Schoenbein; and his sister-in-law Hazel Schoenbein.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn A. Shoenbein (Doubet); his daughter Cynde Onion (Brian) of Abingdon, Illinois; his sister Sharon Snyder of Peoria; and his grandsons, Bradley Onion (Angie) of Princeville and Jeff Onion of Abingdon. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Abingdon United Methodist Church or to the Nomads Missions Volunteers.
