She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold James and Florence Mae Locke (Morrison). She is survived by: her husband Alan T. Bloomer of Maquon, Illinois; her son James A. Bloomer of Maquon, Illinois; her stepchildren, Steven Bloomer (Shelly) of Maquon, Jamie Way (Chad) of Rural Gilson and Christine Mason; and her siblings, Linda Grooms (Earl) of Ottawa, Mary Lou Shomas of Ottawa, Illinois and Harold "Bud" Locke of Ottawa, Illinois. She is also survived by seven step grandchildren, and four step great grandchildren.
