He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Swearingen and Ruth Swearingen (Simkins). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Shyrock; his children, Donald Swearingen (Megan) of Washington, IL and Valerie Swearingen of Washington, IL; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Christian and Grant.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face masks, social distancing and attendance limitations will be required.
Memorials maybe donated to the Maquon United Methodist Church, or to a charity of the donor's choosing.
