He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Willmon and Loella Willmon (Glover); and his siblings, Patricia, Sherry, Robbin, Danny Jo and Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Downing-Light; his children, Christopher Dale Willmon of Glasford, IL, David Light (Kelsey) of Tomball, TX and Bobbie Jo Buchanan (Dave) of Chillicothe, IL; his grandchildren, Sara, Kyline, Connor, Isabelle, Tenley and Sadie; and his brothers, Nate Willmon (Mary) of North Pekin, IL and Bob Bishop of Bartonville, IL. He is also survived by three aunts, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
