He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Percy Rule and Henriette Rule (Denie); his wife Elaine Speck; and his siblings, R. Scott Rule (Lynn) of Birchwood, WI, Gordon Rule (Patricia) of Bowling Green, MO, Francis Frost (Tim) of Melbourne, FL and Lorraine Blaser of Romeoville, IL. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
