She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Henry and Margaret Elizabeth Schleich (Foley); her son Kevin Godsill; and her brother David Schleich. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Capie (Kevin) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Adam Godsill, Lauren Godsill and William "Liam" Capie; her husband Michael Joseph Godsill of Mapleton; and her brothers, John Schleich (Sharon Ann) of Peoria and Emmett Schleich (Connie Ogden) of West Peoria.
Memorials in Marie's memory may be made to St. Philomena Catholic Church.
