He is survived by: his father Carl Edward (Billie) of Spring Bay; his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Hinkle; his son Gage Edward Miller of Bartonville; his stepdaughter Kali Elizabeth Huber (Taylor) of Morton; his brother William Bradley Miller (Cindy) of Canton; his nephew Bradley Miller of Canton; his uncle Tom Miller of Creve Coeur; and his cousins, Robyn Miller of Creve Coeur and Daryn Miller of Tennessee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Illinois CancerCare in Peoria or OSF Hospice.
