He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Somogyi and Sandra Somogyi (Van Dyke); his spouse Brooke Benson; his son Tucker Somogyi; his stepdaughter Bailey MacLeod; his brother Jason Somogyi (Marie); his grandfathers, Grover Van Dyke and Carl Somogyi (Georgia); his nephews, Fulton Somogyi and Ford Somogyi; and his grandmothers, Jackie Van Dyke and Barbara Somogyi.

Memorials may be made to The Children of Justin Somogyi Educational Fund in care of Better Banks.
