She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sweet and Betty Sweet (Collins). She is survived by: her sons, Cortney Koontz (Danielle) of Green Valley and Shawn Koontz (Nicole) of Canton; her stepsons, Jeremy Koontz (Andi) of Portland and Justin Koontz (Holly) of Spring Bay; her grandchildren, Preston, Rylan, Avery and Saige; her siblings, Mike Sweet (Claudia) of Manny, Heidi Sweet of Peoria and Tim Sweet (Lisa) of Glasford; and her nephews, Wes Sweet (Kaitlyn) of Mapleton and Kyle Sweet (Nicole) of Bartonville.
