He is survived by: his spouse Joanne F. Gebhardt; his children, Eureka, Congerville, Dora Hoffman (Jim) of Chillicothe, Rebecca Hoffman of Chillicothe, Effie Hoffman of Chillicothe, Parnell Hoffman of Chillicothe, David Thurman (Debbie) of Metamora and Paul Thurman (Lori) of Morton; and his siblings, Suzanne Gustin (Ron) of Washington, Diane Birky (Steve) of Danville and Jim Hoffman (Portia) of Washington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
