It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Sue Hopwood (Mapleton, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 1, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabriel "Gabe" and Idora Emma Clark Vallas. She is survived by: her children, Dawn E. Lester (Lon) of Williamsfield, Douglas K. Hopwood (Amber) of Mapleton and Daniel K. Hopwood (Wanvisa) of East Peoria; her brothers, Carl Vallianatos (Paula) of McHenry, IL and Donald Vallianatos (Janet) of Peoria; and her sister-in-law Janet Vallas of Yates City.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Baby Fold, 108 E. Willow St., Normal, IL 61761.
