He was predeceased by: his parent Laton "Ernie" Mahan. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Mahan (Kerker) of Peoria; his wife Gretchen Nussbaum; his children, Gabriel of Mapleton and Helena of Mapleton; his mother-in-law Rebecca Elliott of Peoria; his siblings, Jill Mathes (Chuck) of Tremont and Christopher Mahan of Peoria; his siblings-in-law, Adam Nussbaum (Brooke) of Washington and Heidi Nussbaum of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Liam, Finn, Haydn, Faith, Brody and Brittany.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wilton Funeral Home (2408 W Willow Knolls Dr, Peoria, IL 61614). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
