She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gard and Myrtle Marie Gard (Koepple). She is survived by: her husband David L. Batterton; her children, Jamie Liedtke (Brent) of Pekin and David Batterton (Ashley) of Florida; her brother Terry Decker; her cousin Laurie Nash; and her friend Peach.
