It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola Busby (Maple Park, Illinois), born in Huntley, Illinois, who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her fathers, George Gile and Jesse Gile; her husband Charles Busby; her son Freddie Busby; her great grandchildren, James "Jimmer" Busby and Christopher Daniel Busby; her daughter-in-law Sandy Busby; and her siblings, Velma Thyberg Davis, Raymond Gile, Melvin Gile and Richard Hart.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Busby (Linda Gile) and Barry Busby (Evelyn Seitzinger); her grandchildren, Fred Busby, Nonnie Busby Scorzo, James Busby, Scott Busby and Brian Busby; and her great grandchildren, Amy Scorzo, Emily Scorzo, Michael Busby, John Busby (Jake), Jennifer Busby, Lilah Busby and Gavin Kaiser Busby. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Journey Hospice of DeKalb.
