She was predeceased by: her uncle Van White; her brother Vance Franklin; her cousin Tim Spaulding; and also Paul Heyob. She is survived by: her parents, Larry Franklin and Carmie Franklin; her sister Carla Myers (Brian); her stepdaughter Nikki Schmidt (Will); her nephews, Michael Myers (Leizle), David Myers, Aaron Delavin, Carlo Delavin and Phillip Myers; her grandsons, Wyatt Schmidt and Dane Schmidt; and also, Jordan, Jayden and Finch.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Lauri's name.
