He is survived by: his parents, John Smith and Anna Smith; his wife Melissa Smith; his children, Amanda Stoner (Jordan), Keondra Smith and John Smith (Emma); his siblings, Jim Smith (Allison), Amy Udager (Tim) and Joel Smith (Kara); and his grandchildren, Isaiah, Jerry, Jayvon, Zariah and Zavier.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Hearten Haiti Project (http://www.heartenhaiti.org) or the National Motorcycle Safety Fund in honor of the deceased.
