With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn M. Woloszyk of Maple Park, Illinois, born in Elmhurst, Illinois, who passed away on July 31, 2020 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Todd Anthony Woloszyk. He is survived by: his parents, Connie Woloszyk and Glenn D. Woloszyk; his sisters, Kimberly Munro (John) and Kelly Como (Michael A.); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Payton, Avaya and Rayna; his nephew Colin Munro (Alexis); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rose, Nona and Mila; his nieces and nephews, James Woloszyk (Kalee), Blake Munro, Michael T. Como, Hailey Como, Sara Como, Ally Como and Aimee Como; and also Madison Oury (Jay).
Masks and social distancing will be required to enter.In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Glenn's name to benefit Marianjoy.
