It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Neal of Manteno, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neal and Dorothy Neal (Demlow); his sister Sally Bettenhausen; and his brothers-in-law, Calvin Scott and Tom Bettenhausen.
He is survived by: his wife Anne (Whalen); his children, Douglas Neal (Elayne) of Lake St, Greg Neal (Chris) of Aroma Park, IL, Kelli Neal (Jackie) of Madison, WI and Todd Neal (Katie) of Lake St; his grandchildren, Brandi, Christopher (Heather), Alexander, Ethan, Tony, Ashley (Darin), Katie (Jeff) and Josh; his sons, Mark (Shyla), Jon and Justin (Brittany); and his siblings, Nancy Scott, Sandra Bruner (Fred) and Edward Neal (Teri).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. George Catholic Church.
