He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Johnson and Mary Rosella Johnson (Wingard); his wife Ruth Johnson; and his sisters, Donna Hetrick and Peggy Breen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dianne Cramer (Jonathan) of Syracuse, NY, Brenda Lyon (James Walker) of St. Joseph, MO and Karen Knudson of Kankakee; his sister Nancy Bish of Mayport, PA; and his grandchildren, Joshua Cramer, Caleb Cramer, Jacob Cramer, Rachel Cramer, Melanie Garland (Logan), Amy Griffin (Bryan), Penny Orrick (Matt) and Grace Knudson. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
