He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Luther Stout and Jestine Stout (Lackey); and his wife Ida M. Minnick. He is survived by: his son Gregory Allen; his daughter-in-law Sandra Stout; and his daughters, Roberta D. "Bobbi" Stout and Cheryl Deane Stout. He is also survived by two grandchildren, four great grandsons, and one great great grandson.
