It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis E. Weinhold of Manteno, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Michalovic and Elizabeth "Elsie" Michalovic (Riban); her husband Tom Weinhold; her son Kenneth Hirschberg; and her grandparents, Tomas, Agnes Michalovic, Michael and Anna Riban.
She is survived by: her daughter Karyn Bowman (Dale) of Manteno; her siblings, Nancy Pena (Al) of Victoria, TX, Marie Wheeler of Pekin and Tom Michalovic of Western Springs; her grandchildren, Josh Clothier, David Bowman, Sara Bowman and Sam Bowman; and her great grandchild Julia Clothier. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Manteno - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (291 N Main St, Manteno, IL 60950).
Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
