He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Perry (Hunt) of Manteno; and his children, Terry Perry, Walter Perry, Lisa Daniels, Tammy Guziejka and Rachel Perry. He is also survived by five sisters; two brothers; and thirteen grandchildren.
