It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Carr of Manteno, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke F. Carr and Cecil Carr (Giles); his wife Rosemary Rita Murphy; his son William Carr; his brother James L. Carr; and his daughter-in-law Nadeen Carr.
He is survived by: his sons, Phillip J. Carr (Elizabeth) of St. John, IN and Ronald Carr (Ruthann) of Tinley Park; his daughter-in-law Janice Carr of Tinley Park; and his niece Maureen Carr. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
