He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Garman and Gertrude Garman (Okoniewski). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Tatro; his children, Theodore Garman (Lakisha) of Bradley, Jonathan Garman of Manteno and Natalie Graddy of Manteno; his sister Karen Engel of Fifield, Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Teddy, Paisley, Cruze and Sammy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
